If Car Commercials Were Honest (Video)

As everyone knows around here, buying new cars is the equivalent of draining your 401k, cashing it out in small bills, and setting them on fire as they drop off a cliff into the ocean.

I’ve always wondered what convinces people to buy a new car, and how anyone can listened to the garbage spewed at car dealerships who’s sole purpose is to make a VERY large profit off of you.

Cracked.com has created an awesome video which is exactly what I envision WOULD be said if car dealerships were honest.

Check it out below, and let me know what you think in the comments! Have you been screwed over buying a new car?

p.s. sorry about the language in the comment at the end, but honestly…… 🙂

  1. Ok – that’s funny! I haven’t been screwed over buying a new car because I’ve never bought a new car. I typically buy newer used cars, but I never buy one without getting my dad’s opinion on it because he’s really good at those kinds of things and so far I’ve never been lead astray.
